However the learned special Judge Anticorruption Jammu during the trial of final report bearing no.20/challan dated 02-09-2015 titled state V/s B.A. Dar & Anr. The learned special Judge Anticorruption Jammu vide order dated 24-05-2024 issued Notice to the candidate. The order dated 24-05-2024 was challenged before the Honble high court of J&K & Ladakh at Jammu and the Honble High court vide its order dated 03-06- 2024 stayed the operation of order dated 24-05-2024. however the learned special judge anticorruption vide order dated 11-01-2023 directed the further investigation by constituting SIT headed by the IPS officer, during further investigation no evidence was found against the candidate and even the sit has not arrayed the candidate as an accused in the charge sheet but the learned special Judge anticorruption Jammu issued Notice to appear before the court.
